TL;DR
Project Manager, AI Cluster Commissioning (AI infrastructure): Leading the deployment and commissioning of large-scale AI clusters from compute, network, and storage installation through integration, validation, benchmarking, and operational acceptance with an accent on technical coordination, safety, reliability, and schedule control. Focus on managing vendors and engineering teams, resolving project dependencies and risks, and delivering critical AI infrastructure within budget and performance requirements.
Location: Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia

What you will do
- Lead the commissioning of large-scale AI clusters covering compute, network, storage, power, and cooling systems.
- Coordinate installation, cluster integration, phased bring-up, system testing, benchmarking, acceptance testing, and transition to operations.
- Manage internal engineering and operations teams, suppliers, contractors, technology partners, and technical work packages.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, milestones, documentation, and delivery forecasts.
- Identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and execution issues; lead mitigation, escalation, recovery, and corrective actions.
- Report project status to senior leadership and ensure delivery meets performance, reliability, safety, schedule, and operational readiness requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale IT, cloud, data center, HPC, AI, hyperscale infrastructure, or critical facilities projects.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple internal teams, vendors, contractors, and technology partners.
- Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, commissioning, testing, validation, acceptance, or operational readiness.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including compute, network, storage, power, cooling, and supporting systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, prioritization, and delivery skills in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Experience commissioning data centers, critical infrastructure, or complex technology systems.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, or an equivalent certification.
