Senior IT Project Manager (Google Cloud)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia, with a fixed Jakarta office and hybrid work opportunities; occasional travel to customers may be required.

What you will do

• Manage project delivery for the entire solution team across international projects, with a focus on the APAC region.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and manage external stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate the transition from sales and pre-sales into execution and scaled delivery.
• Plan project tasks and schedules with architects and help engineering teams keep projects on track.
• Improve solution assets, delivery efficiency, profitability, and alignment with business needs.
• Maintain team utilization, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and predictable customer deliveries.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• At least 3 years of IT project management or account management experience.
• Leadership experience in software projects as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Account Manager.
• Engineering background and the ability to understand complex software systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, fast learning ability, and a focus on making progress.
• Ability to represent hirify.global with customers, manage multiple stakeholders, and travel to customer sites when necessary.

Nice to have

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform-based projects.
