TL;DR
Scrum Master - Bandung, Indonesia (Agile Delivery and Transformation): Supporting Product Engineering teams through Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaling approaches with an accent on cross-team facilitation, continuous improvement, and organizational change. Focus on coaching teams, analyzing delivery bottlenecks, using Jira-based metrics, and driving measurable improvements in quality, predictability, efficiency, and time-to-market.
Location: Hybrid in Bandung, Indonesia, with at least 2 days per week in the office. Applicants must hold valid working rights in Indonesia. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Ensure Scrum events and Agile ways of working deliver their intended outcomes, applying Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaling approaches such as SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, and Scrum@Scale.
- Coach teams on ownership, accountability, collaboration, facilitation, decision-making, and problem-solving across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile transformation through root-cause analysis, baselines, measurable actions, ownership, and follow-up.
- Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps/SRE, and Leadership, turning discussions into decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Design and deliver Agile coaching, training, onboarding, workshops, and enablement while supporting change adoption with ADKAR or Kotter approaches.
- Use Jira dashboards, workflows, reporting, and automation to improve visibility into delivery trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Recognized Scrum Master certification, such as PSM II, CSM, or equivalent.
- Recognized Agile Coaching or Scaling certification, such as ICP-ACC, SAFe 6, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in Agile delivery and transformation, cross-team facilitation, coaching, training, change adoption, and measurable process improvement.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps/SRE, and Leadership stakeholders.
- Valid working rights in Indonesia are required at the time of application.
Nice to have
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Advanced Agile/Scrum, Agile Scaling, Change Management, Design Thinking, Product Management, or Product Ownership.
