What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital learning projects, including intake, pipeline monitoring, and portfolio tracking.
• Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of quality assurance and project delivery activities.
• Conduct final quality checks and validate learning platform configurations.
• Provide operational and user support in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning for ongoing initiatives.
• Contribute to the standardization and documentation of operational and learning processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or digital product management.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies and quality management practices.
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis for operational insights.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural and international environments.
• Fluent English communication skills required

• Background in e-learning, EdTech, or training-related environments.
