What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital learning projects, including intake, pipeline monitoring, and portfolio tracking.
- Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of quality assurance and project delivery activities.
- Conduct final quality checks and validate learning platform configurations.
- Provide operational and user support in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
- Identify project risks and support mitigation planning for ongoing initiatives.
- Contribute to the standardization and documentation of operational and learning processes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or digital product management.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies and quality management practices.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis for operational insights.
- Proven ability to work in multicultural and international environments.
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Background in e-learning, EdTech, or training-related environments.
- Additional languages: French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, or Russian.
