What you will do

  • Coordinate Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect and reconnect workflows.
  • Manage scheduling systems to ensure all project documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Monitor project timelines to maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Assist in developing operational specifications and producing reports.
  • Utilize database programs and spreadsheets to analyze data and identify actionable trends.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in an analytical, scheduling, or operations support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and analyze data to draw sound conclusions.
  • Working knowledge of at least one programming language and familiarity with database structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • High school diploma required; an associate degree in business or operations is preferred.
