What you will do

• Design, implement, and iterate agentic AI systems in collaboration with product and solution engineers.
• Orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows at scale.
• Develop and maintain a shared system context repository of designs, constraints, and standards.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated and human code for correctness, security, and performance.
• Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using AI-driven development workflows.

Requirements

• Exceptional engineering skills and deep machine learning knowledge with a proven implementation track record.
• Strong proficiency in Python; solid experience with C++ and/or Java.
• Practical experience with LLMs and agentic workflows, including tool use, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience deploying ML systems using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be located in or able to work from Palo Alto or San Francisco, California

Nice to have

• Winners of competitive coding competitions (e.g., ACM-ICPC).
• Previous experience as a startup founder in the Agentic AI or LLM space (e.g., YC backed).
