What you will do

• Develop AI solutions for Prime Video Search using Deep Learning, GenAI, Reinforcement Learning, and optimization methods.
• Create technical roadmaps and plans to identify gaps and deliver business goals.
• Lead cross-team collaboration with engineers and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Design and conduct offline and online (A/B) experiments based on in-depth data analyses.
• Mentor and grow junior scientists and interns.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with at least one major software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture for scalable and reliable systems.
• Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
• Must be based in Sunnyvale, CA or Seattle, WA.
