What you will do

• Oversee and manage frontline nurse teams to ensure clinical standards and operational efficiency.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to drive individual and team performance.
• Manage clinical escalations and serve as a point of contact for complex member or caregiver interactions.
• Lead team meetings, monitor queue management, and prioritize care coordination tasks.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify quality improvement initiatives and process gaps.
• Participate in the oncology nurse interview loop and support staffing optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Multi-state, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) compact license required.
• Minimum 8 years of nursing experience, including 2 years as a people manager in oncology or case management.
• Certification as an OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM required.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Comfort with learning new technologies, including EHR systems, Google Suite, and Slack.
