  • 5+ years of industry experience in end-to-end FPGA and MPSoC design and RTL development.
  • Advanced expertise in FPGA-based DSP for real-time systems and timing closure.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB and Python for algorithm modeling and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with board bring-up and electrical test equipment.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Leandro, California.

Nice to have

  • Experience providing technical leadership for hardware and firmware teams.
  • Knowledge of image processing or vision-related algorithm pipelines.
  • PCB design experience and understanding of signal integrity tradeoffs.
  • Familiarity with mixed-signal systems and high-speed interfaces.

Culture & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary and equity packages.
  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans.
  • 401k matching program.
  • Generous time off: 20 days of PTO plus approximately 15 paid US holidays per year.
