Senior Solutions Consultant (Databricks)

What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end data engineering solutions using Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Lead client engagements by gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Implement and optimize Apache Spark workloads to ensure performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for both batch and streaming data.
• Provide expert guidance on data architecture and platform modernization.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer within the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with the Databricks platform and multi-hop architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification or equivalent training and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Spark and distributed data processing systems.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Flink, or Presto.
