What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of B2B ad solutions from research and prototyping to production deployment.
• Design and deploy scientifically novel software solutions to improve ad placements, creatives, and sourcing techniques.
• Drive the team's scientific agenda by proposing new initiatives and securing buy-in from product and engineering management.
• Build consensus on large-scale projects and influence technical decisions across various advertising teams.
• Analyze non-obvious data insights to create solutions aligned with specific B2B customer and product needs.

Requirements

• Must be located in New York, USA.
• PhD or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications (or 4+ years with a Master's).
• Fluency in Python, R, or Matlab, and proficiency with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, or related languages.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, and distributed computing.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux environments.
• Proven track record in professional software development.
