What you will do

• Supervise and mentor counselors, providing regular feedback, documentation, and hands-on training.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions and facilitate weekly supervision meetings.
• Develop and revise comprehensive patient treatment plans while maintaining accurate case records.
• Lead treatment team meetings and implement new clinical programs.
• Coordinate patient care with community providers and manage crisis interventions.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting agency standards.

Requirements

• CCS and LCAS certifications are required.
• Compliance with federal and state regulations for licensure and degrees.
• Deep knowledge of human behavior and the rehabilitation of drug-dependent patients.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and office equipment.
• Must be based in the specified NC locations (Kinston, Elizabeth City, or Ahoskie).
