What you will do

• Find and remove personal information across various online sources to protect member privacy.
• Investigate adversarial "problem sites" using critical thinking and creative removal strategies.
• Document case progress transparently using Jira and internal systems.
• Identify and escalate patterns in site behavior and internal tooling gaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive operational improvements.
• Refine internal playbooks, SOPs, and tooling enhancements for data removal.

Requirements

• Must be located on the US West Coast.
• 2–3 years of experience in internal operations, Trust & Safety, professional services, or customer support.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume, accuracy-sensitive work such as processing tickets or data entries.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with G Suite and experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background in Trust & Safety or privacy operations.
• Experience dealing with adversarial environments, such as fraudsters or data brokers.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and consumer data protection concepts.
• Experience providing feedback for product or engineering improvements.
