What you will do

• Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations.
• Collect borrower information and assist with completing loan applications.
• Send documentation requests and ensure files are complete.
• Review and organize documents before submitting files for pre-approval.
• Provide updates to referral partners during the early stages of the loan process.
• Help manage the Mortgage Advisor’s calendar and communications.
• Track lead and pipeline activity in the CRM.
