Team Leader (.NET)

Location: Must be located in Germany; remote work is only possible if the employee is based in Germany.

What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day team operations and establish business requirements in collaboration with product management.
• Develop new backend product features and make key technical decisions.
• Estimate efforts, costs, and capacity required for feature implementation.
• Lead code reviews and ensure a motivating, learning-focused work atmosphere.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and manage team processes, including planning, dailies, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proven experience as a team leader for a group of 4-5 developers.
• Must be permanently present in Germany.
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ or C++CLI.
• Knowledge of Azure, Office 365, Amazon, or Google cloud platforms.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Exchange, SharePoint, or Active Directory.
