What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate critical scalable services, including user identity and the core persistence layer.
• Collaborate across teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions and evaluate trade-offs.
• Advocate for and apply best practices regarding availability, scalability, and cost management.
• Utilize AI tools to design and ship scalable services while maintaining rigorous standards for security and quality.
• Participate in incident investigation and hotfix resolution to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience (or equivalent with a Master's or PhD).
• Proven experience with distributed systems and large-scale microservices.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, and/or Python.
• Experience with NoSQL solutions, Memcache/Redis, Kubernetes, or AWS/Google Cloud services.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
