What you will do

• Architect and develop high-visibility web and mobile applications for internal tools and trading dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver performant, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Own the full lifecycle of features from initial design to final deployment.
• Influence technical strategy and mentor peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work across the full stack to integrate frontend dashboards with backend systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with TypeScript and React.
• 2+ years of experience using a modern systems programming language (Golang, C++, or Rust).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and TailwindCSS.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and SQL databases.
• Proven track record of setting frontend best practices and attention to design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with algo trading or financial markets.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
