What you will do
- Support French clients through end-to-end implementation and adoption of the Payroll module.
- Configure payroll workflows covering time management, employee data, contract types, integrations, and compliance.
- Advise clients on French payroll requirements, DSN obligations, conventions collectives, labour law, and audit readiness.
- Train payroll teams, share best practices, and help automate and scale payroll processes.
- Identify risks, edge cases, workarounds, and product improvements, participating in testing and feature validation.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and implementation partners to maintain a consistent customer journey.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of French payroll processes, conventions collectives, DSN, and local compliance.
- Expert-level French and fluent English required.
- Experience supporting clients, implementing SaaS, ERP, or HRIS tools, or working in consulting.
- Analytical, structured, proactive, and comfortable owning complex implementations end-to-end.
- Ability to translate business processes into product configuration and adapt to product evolution.
- Tech-savvy with a consulting and problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with French payroll tools such as Sage, Silae, or ADP.
- Background in HRIS, payroll digitalisation, or process automation.
- Experience building or delivering scalable service packages.
