What you will do

• Guide French clients through the end-to-end implementation and adoption of the Payroll module.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on French payroll requirements, DSN obligations, and conventions collectives.
• Configure payroll setups including time management, employee data, and compliance workflows.
• Train client teams and share best practices for automating payroll processes.
• Collaborate with Product teams to share insights on French payroll rules and recurring customer pain points.
• Maintain long-term partnerships to ensure ongoing compliance with French labor law and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in French payroll processes, DSN, and local compliance.
• Expert-level French and fluent English proficiency.
• Experience implementing SaaS, ERP, or HRIS tools in a consulting environment.
• Analytical mindset to translate business processes into product configurations.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with French payroll tools such as Sage, Silae, or ADP.
• Background in payroll digitalization or process automation.
• Experience building or delivering scalable service packages.
