What you will do

• Perform client data entry into planning software including eMoney, Right Capital, and Money Guide Elite.
• Assist in basic to intermediate plan analysis, design, and the development of client strategies to meet goals.
• Coordinate workflows between advisors and case consultants to ensure timely delivery of financial plans.
• Follow up with advisors to resolve NIGO (Not-in-Good-Order) issues and manage annual plan renewals.
• Design and organize presentation materials and research new workflow solutions for the planning process.
• Collaborate with the Case Consulting Unit to improve advisor efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 1+ years of experience working with or supporting agencies or advisors.
• Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify under FINRA.

Nice to have

• Experience with eMoney or other professional financial planning software.
• Prior experience as a Paraplanner.
• CFP® designation or progress towards obtaining the designation.
• Advanced technological proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital platforms.
