What you will do
- Serve as technical lead for Ironclad CLM projects, providing oversight on architectural design and optimization.
- Lead the technical knowledge development of the Legal Operations team and coordinate training initiatives.
- Define and communicate technical principles and architectural standards to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support client demos and proof-of-concept projects for Ironclad CLM and lead-to-cash transformations.
- Collaborate with project teams and client-side personnel to ensure seamless integration.
- Adhere to delivery methodology and project standards to ensure on-time completion of deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing and leading CLM applications, with a strong emphasis on Ironclad.
- Hands-on expertise with Ironclad configuration, workflow automation, Smart Import, Smart Contract, and API integrations.
- Deep background in business rules, custom calculations, and data integration using CLM tools.
- BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Management, or Management Information Systems.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements for non-technical clients and convey complex topics clearly.
