What you will do

• Build, hire, and grow a high-ownership team of full-stack .NET engineers on AWS.
• Own end-to-end delivery, focusing on velocity, quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Guide technical architecture and conduct PR reviews to raise the quality bar.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to ship incremental value quickly.
• Integrate Generative AI tools into daily workflows to enhance engineering productivity and reduce toil.
• Navigate and modernize legacy systems while leading new greenfield development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading engineers as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead.
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development using modern .NET and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and SRE practices.
• Ability to operate and lead a team comfortably in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of taking responsibility for business outcomes rather than just execution.
