TL;DR
Lead Data Scientist (Recommendation System): Driving product analytics for the Zable app to optimize user experience with an accent on experimentation, predictive modeling, and user behavior analysis. Location: Hybrid in London (Work from home every Monday and Friday)

What you will do
- Lead product analytics for the Zable app to identify high-impact opportunities by analyzing user behavior and engagement.
- Develop and maintain key product metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for app health and business performance.
- Build predictive models for user behavior, churn risk, and uplift modeling to drive proactive product decisions.
- Own the entire A/B testing lifecycle, including experimental design, execution, and statistical analysis.
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Engineering leadership to translate complex data findings into strategic business recommendations.
- Establish and champion analytical best practices and methodologies within the growth analytics team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within a product-led or high-growth tech environment.
- High proficiency in SQL and strong proficiency in Python for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and data modeling best practices.
- Strong statistical rigor and expertise in experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and causal inference.
- Proven ability to build reporting infrastructure and turn ambiguous problems into structured insights.
- Location: Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.
