Launch Process Technician (Automotive): Acting as the primary liaison between production and engineering to lead manufacturing changes and ensure build readiness for military vehicles with an accent on trial runs and process integration. What you will do

• Act as the point person for all GA launch activities, serving as the liaison between production and engineering.
• Support Virtual Engineering activities by representing production concerns and confirming repeatability.
• Own and drive build readiness and the resolution of build issues.
• Manage trial runs, engineering tryouts, and work orders (TWOs/PWOs) during the launch process.
• Train, coach, and support the production team in all aspects of the build process.
• Coordinate design issue resolutions (DITs) with the engineering center in Warren, Michigan.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or a related environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) or eligible for required export control authorization.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with HD SUV production builds.
• Knowledge of GVDP.
• Experience with Teamcenter Visualization or similar software.
