What you will do

• Lead the definition and execution of the security technology roadmap, including IAM and architectural controls.
• Act as the primary design authority and decision owner for security platforms and core tooling.
• Establish and enforce enterprise security architecture principles and design patterns across cloud and infrastructure.
• Mature the enterprise IAM capability, including identity lifecycle management and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Define the operating model for security platforms in collaboration with Infrastructure & Operations teams.
• Ensure security platforms and controls meet regulatory, audit, and assurance expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany or the United Kingdom.
• Deep expertise in security architecture, cloud security, network security, and identity management.
• Proven track record of embedding secure-by-design principles in complex technology estates.
• Experience acting as a security design authority with the ability to approve architectural decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for engaging across Architecture, Engineering, and Security Operations.
• Pragmatic leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement and technical debt management.
