Location: Dallas, New York, or Orlando; must align with EST working hours

Salary: Up to $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize production Kubernetes environments.
• Implement and maintain multi-cluster GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, RDS, etc.) via Terraform.
• Develop automation and operational tooling using Bash, Python, or Go.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and release workflows using GitLab.
• Implement observability practices including monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and DataDog.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes operations in production environments.
• Strong practical experience implementing and operating ArgoCD.
• Solid AWS experience, especially with EKS and related services.
• Strong Terraform experience for real-world infrastructure provisioning.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Ability to work EST hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Argo Workflows and Helm.
• CI/CD implementation experience using GitLab.
• Experience with SSO and authentication integration (OIDC, SAML, Keycloak, Okta).
• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
