ML Engineer (Python)

TL;DR

ML Engineer (Python/GCP): Building and deploying scalable machine learning solutions for customer experience and personalisation with an accent on productionising models and automating workflows. What you will do

• Build and deploy scalable ML solutions to power customer experience, personalisation, and commercial decision-making.
• Develop robust feature engineering pipelines for ML models and analytical products.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into production-ready systems.
• Implement, test, and optimise ML workflows to ensure reliability and performance in a large-scale cloud environment.
• Integrate emerging ML engineering techniques, such as Agentic AI, into the team's workflows.

Requirements

• Solid Python engineering skills for writing production-quality code.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering workflows, data modelling, and SQL.
• Practical experience deploying ML models and analytical applications to cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Familiarity with modern MLOps practices, including model management, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Understanding of microservices, containerisation, or orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Right to work in the UK is required; no sponsorship is provided for this position.
