What you will do
- Resolve execution delays and handle account management issues.
- Assist clients in understanding market trends and available tools.
- Proactively engage with clients to prevent churn and offer personalized solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to trading platforms.
- Represent the company at live events and industry Expos.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with potential partners.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Sales within a regulated financial services company.
- Fluent English language speaker.
- College or university degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work on shifts (Morning/Evening) and public holidays in the Cyprus time zone.
Nice to have
- Additional language skills.
- Deep understanding of financial products and ETDs such as Futures & Options.
