What you will do

• Lead site performance optimization through advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights.
• Monitor key metrics including traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and heatmaps to track and analyze website performance.
• Implement A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve user engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to enhance overall site effectiveness.
• Ensure data accuracy by managing tags within Google Tag Manager.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth, product optimization, or similar roles within B2C e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience improving website and app conversion funnels through experimentation.
• Proficiency with Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL, Grafana, and Hotjar.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms such as AB Tasty, Maxymizer, or Optimizely.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear hypotheses and actionable improvements.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
