TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own and manage the commercial toolstack, including advanced HubSpot administration and integrations with Aircall, Clay, and Zapier.
  • Design and implement complex CRM automations and multi-object workflows for lifecycle logic and data flows.
  • Lead structural system improvements such as CRM object restructuring and documentation automation.
  • Integrate AI into operational workflows using scoring models, enrichment flows, and API-based tools.
  • Establish data integrity standards to eliminate duplicates and monitor workflow errors.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Support to reduce manual admin tasks.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Revenue Operations experience in a B2B SaaS scale-up.
  • 3+ years as a CRM owner/admin with at least 2+ years of recent HubSpot admin experience.
  • Proven experience with low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Retool, Clay) and AI agents (e.g., Claude Code).
  • Proficiency in SQL for reading, writing, and debugging queries.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Berlin in a hybrid model.
