Senior PPC/UA Manager (Google Ads): Managing and scaling performance acquisition funnels in Google Ads with an accent on Search and PMax campaigns for revenue growth and ROAS. Location: Fully remote or hybrid (option to work from the office)

What you will do
- Own the full performance acquisition funnel in Google, from launch to optimization and scaling.
- Launch and optimize Search and PMax campaigns with a focus on revenue growth and ROAS.
- Develop and test new acquisition hypotheses, funnels, and AI-intent acquisition directions.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Growth teams on post-click metrics, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling.
- Work with the Creative Factory on test plans and scaling best-performing hypotheses.
- Build automation systems to improve testing processes and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search).
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $300K+.
- Strong understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, and scaling mechanics.
- Proven experience optimizing CPA, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical skills in attribution, cohort thinking, and unit economics.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and reporting systems.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PMax and Bing Ads / Microsoft Ads.
- Previous experience setting up UA functions from scratch.
- Experience with landing optimization and CRO.
- Interest in AI products, AI-intent verticals, and AI-related search behavior.
