What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using PHP, Go, NodeJS, and Python.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues alongside the Infrastructure team.
• Lead code quality efforts by writing clean, testable code and conducting rigorous code reviews.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Identify and implement system optimizations and technical debt reduction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Significant expertise in PHP, Go, NodeJS, or Python.
• Deep knowledge of OOP principles and non-framework development.
• Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
