Location: Brighton, UK (Hybrid: 1 day WFH)

What you will do

  • Manage dealer behavior escalations and review processes through a ticketing system, proactively mitigating future issues.
  • Implement initiatives specifically aimed at reducing dealer-led cancellations.
  • Execute all onboarding activities for new dealers to ensure full compliance with T&Cs and regulatory requirements.
  • Make commercial decisions regarding dealer sanctions or platform bans based on documented frameworks.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from specialists to C-suite executives, to align enforcement activities.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong interest in working within a Marketplace environment.
  • Ability to balance commercial awareness with strict compliance in decision-making.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to identify trends in data and propose recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Brighton office.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of the motor industry.
  • Knowledge of automotive pricing systems such as CAP.
