What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of onboarding specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end merchant onboarding processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Act as the key escalation point for complex and high-risk onboarding cases involving crypto, forex, and adult industries.
• Ensure alignment with Visa, Mastercard, and internal compliance standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability of onboarding operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in onboarding, underwriting, or KYC within fintech or payments.
• Proven experience in card acquiring and merchant onboarding.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Strong exposure to high-risk industries (crypto, forex, adult, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Visa/Mastercard requirements and payments compliance.
• Fluent English.
