What you will do

• Build and scale the global influencer sales strategy across crypto, finance, trading, gaming, and tech ecosystems.
• Own and deliver influencer-driven revenue targets and manage the associated CRM/pipeline.
• Lead and develop the Influencer Managers team.
• Source, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with tier-1 crypto KOLs, YouTubers, and Telegram communities.
• Develop product positioning briefs, use cases, and offer mechanics for creators.
• Analyze and optimize performance metrics including promo codes, attribution, CAC, and ROAS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer partnerships, affiliate sales, BD, or the creator economy.
• Proven track record of generating measurable sales through creator collaborations.
• Experience in team management and negotiating complex creator deals.
• Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach.
• Strong crypto-native network preferred.
