What you will do

• Complete assigned software projects autonomously with regular oversight on new or undefined problems.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement optimal technical solutions.
• Recommend enhancements to existing processes and identify resources to address unforeseen issues.
• Anticipate and navigate minor roadblocks to ensure efficient task completion.
• Manage project expectations and accurately estimate the effort required to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, ideally Scala, Kotlin, or Java.
• Familiarity with building scalable web applications.
• Exposure to Elasticsearch and/or Postgres.
• Legally authorized to work in the EU.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with End-to-End, Integration, and Performance testing.
• Exposure to enterprise-grade systems.
• Previous experience working in a company with a strong US presence.
