What you will do

• Solve critical scaling bottlenecks in high-traffic services.
• Deploy and progressively roll out new features using feature flags.
• Investigate and resolve production issues within team-owned services.
• Design scalable architectures to handle trillions of data points.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and prioritize high-impact engineering projects.

Requirements

• Significant experience in one or more programming languages.
• Strong focus on code simplicity and system performance.
• Proven ability to design architectures for high-scale environments.
• BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Lisbon, Portugal.
