What you will do

• Architect enterprise-grade information security strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement risk-based security governance frameworks and maturity roadmaps.
• Integrate security-by-design into product and engineering workflows.
• Develop threat modeling, risk assessment structures, and incident response protocols.
• Ensure security certification readiness, specifically for ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Align security architectures with EU regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and DORA.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing security programs in scaling environments.
• Deep knowledge of risk management and control frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Ability to operate and communicate effectively at the executive and board level.
• Strong technical fluency combined with strategic judgment and an execution mindset.
