What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end security strategy across Application Security, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Platform layers.
• Lead a unified Security Engineering organization covering AppSec, SecDevOps, and AI Security leadership.
• Embed security controls like WAF and Rate Limiting into SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop AI security governance and controls for both platform products and internal engineering usage.
• Evolve scalable infrastructure security including Kubernetes, containers, IAM, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Own the comprehensive Vulnerability Management program and manage the external Bug Bounty program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Security or Software Engineering with a track record of scaling departments in high-growth R&D environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and modern platform security practices.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Crossplane) and secure coding in Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Proven ability to build security organizations focusing on people, technology, and process.
• Experience securing multi-tenant AI architectures and applying specific AI threat models for LLMs.
