What you will do

• Support the development and delivery of the Asset Management strategy in line with key strategic priorities.
• Lead analysis and coordinate strategic initiatives, including market entry strategies and growth opportunities across geographies and client channels.
• Partner with distribution, investments, product, and marketing teams to deliver cross-functional strategic outcomes.
• Shape and deliver initiatives to grow revenue, improve margins, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive operating model improvements, simplifying processes and supporting the adoption of new technologies.
• Lead consultancy-style projects and corporate development activity, including due diligence and execution.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy, corporate finance, or management consulting, ideally within asset management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the asset management industry and key drivers of growth and performance.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex strategic projects from concept through to execution.
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.
