What you will do

• Utilize Marketing Automation tools such as Monday.com and Salesforce to streamline efforts.
• Conduct market research on prospective partners and facilitate internal project coordination.
• Assist with procurement workflows for industry relations in coordination with the finance department.
• Monitor and evaluate initiative outcomes through the creation of automated performance reports.
• Partner with regional marketing colleagues to align initiatives.
• Maintain a comprehensive engagement calendar to log all activity and interaction specifics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly.
• Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Lisbon office.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in marketing.
