What you will do

• Optimize the vibration behavior of large bore reciprocating engines within a motivated engineering team.
• Lead end-to-end development of systems and products, from concept layout to series production implementation.
• Drive cross-functional engineering activities across design, simulation, analysis, and testing.
• Manage technical risks and requirements through DFMEA and Design Validation Plans & Reports (DVP&R).
• Resolve fleet reliability and quality issues through detailed technical investigations.
• Utilize state-of-the-art analysis and measurement tools in vibration engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in vibration engineering or a closely related field.
• Valid work permit for Austria is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Willingness to travel.
