AI/ML Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and own classical ML models for risk, fraud, churn prediction, and forecasting.
• Build LLM-powered systems, including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and AI agents.
• Standardize AI tooling and evaluation frameworks for production use.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical ML specifications.
• Implement MLOps practices including monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD for models.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience with Python in production environments.
• Strong fundamentals in classical ML, including feature engineering and model validation.
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency with vector databases, embeddings, and rigorous LLM evaluation.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containers.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, and Kubernetes.
• Professional background in fintech, payments, or telecom sectors.
