What you will do

• Develop and maintain Group-wide credit management policies, procedures, and approval frameworks.
• Lead credit assessments for new clients, including financial analysis, background checks, and risk scoring.
• Oversee accounts receivable and monitor aging reports to drive collection strategies and reduce DSO.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for credit risks and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Partner with BD, Legal, and Production teams to align billing milestones with delivery and approval cycles.
• Optimize credit management workflows using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or risk control.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments, preferably within the gaming, tech, or outsourcing industries.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
