What you will do
- Own feature production for approximately 70% of the role, including task decomposition and reviewing results.
- Participate in R&D by building prototypes, exploring optimal solutions, and analyzing external projects.
- Conduct discovery work to identify growth opportunities and propose features to improve core gameplay.
- Create and maintain comprehensive game design documentation, including technical specifications and R&D plans.
Requirements
- Experience writing and maintaining vision documents, technical specifications, and GDDs.
- Ability to deconstruct external references, technical solutions, and design systems.
- Strong expertise in midcore/hardcore genres (shooters, racing, 3rd person action), including polishing character, camera, and interaction physics.
- Experience analyzing user UX behavior and creating basic UI/UX mockups.
- Understanding of game engine interfaces and functionality.
- Native Russian language.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unity, including Game Objects, Scriptable Objects, and animation systems.
- Technical background with basic programming skills.
- Experience with mobile optimization (CPU, RAM, and network constraints).
- Experience with R&D and hypothesis validation processes.
- English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation.
