What you will do

• Manage and oversee assigned workers' compensation claims to ensure effective closure.
• Explain benefits and procedures to injured employees and coordinate return-to-work opportunities.
• Act as a primary liaison between employees, leadership teams, insurance administrators, and medical providers.
• Collaborate with the on-site safety department to investigate incidents, gather information, and file claims.
• Analyze company exposure regarding workers' compensation claims and respond to legal subpoenas.
• Administer health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and company wellness initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of human resources experience in benefits, leave administration, or workers' compensation.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Hawthorne, CA.

Nice to have

• PHR certification or professional Human Resources affiliations.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
