What you will do

• Lead post-technical win account strategies and execution plans for strategic customers.
• Act as the accountable technical leader for onboarding, enablement, and go-live of hirify.global workloads.
• Coordinate with Professional Services to create and execute points-of-view for accelerating use cases into production.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams regarding innovations, private previews, and upgrade needs.
• Develop execution plans covering user growth, product adoption, and cloud cost optimization.
• Provide KPI reporting on usage and customer health to the Technical GM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Deep understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Proven track record of managing complex escalations with senior customer executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
