What you will do

• Translate Core Network strategy into executable plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead planning cycles, portfolio reviews, and executive reporting to support decision-making.
• Oversee end-to-end contract management, including tender planning, SOWs, and variations.
• Drive CAPEX/OPEX governance, ensuring strong financial discipline and accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate program execution across initiatives and vendors, managing governance and risks.
• Align Core Networks with adjacent domains and corporate functions as a cross-functional integrator.

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience in business management, operations, or transformation within complex technical environments.
• Strong understanding of Core Network technologies (IP, packet core, voice, signalling, cloud-native platforms).
• Demonstrated experience in contract management, vendor governance, and CAPEX program oversight.
• Strong financial acumen in managing large Opex and Capex environments.
• Ability to influence and align senior technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
