What you will do

• Create engaging video content and persuasive visual narratives for multiple digital channels based on conceptual briefs.
• Edit and finalize videos with a focus on pacing, sound, typography, and visual style to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Adapt content for Reels, Stories, YouTube, TikTok, and various paid advertising formats.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere and After Effects for editing, motion graphics, and post-production.
• Integrate AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kling AI, Higgsfield AI) into the production workflow to accelerate output.
• Collaborate with design and performance marketing teams to ensure creative alignment across the funnel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production and editing with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation using After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for image and video generation.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Understanding of platform-specific content formats and digital consumption behaviors.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance-driven creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Knowledge of metrics such as retention rate, CTR, and ad performance optimization.
• Experience with advanced post-production techniques including color grading and audio treatment.
