What you will do

• Create AI-generated video scenes and sequences, including projects up to 5+ minutes.
• Translate scripts into visual content using generative AI tools.
• Combine image, video, and sound generation into coherent, structured scenes.
• Develop visual storytelling based on creative direction and production standards.
• Collaborate with senior creative leads to improve AI production workflows.
• Operate autonomously to turn scripts into finished visual narratives.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika), image tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion), and audio generation tools.
• Proven ability to produce and deliver complete AI-driven creative projects.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual structure.
• A portfolio with relevant work, including a 1-5 minute AI video, is required.
• English proficiency required for reading scripts and collaborating with remote teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with Premiere Pro.
• Experience with AI audio/music tools such as ElevenLabs, Udio, or Suno.
• Background in film production, advertising, media, or digital content creation.
• A "hacker" mentality for testing and adopting new AI tools immediately upon release.
