What you will do

• Design and implement scalable cloud-native business systems.
• Utilize AI-driven SDLCs and agentic workflows to solve complex financial and technical problems.
• Manage end-to-end system development in an Agile environment, from requirements through maintenance.
• Build and maintain key financial metric calculation models and infrastructure to support business strategies.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple divisions of the firm.
• Contribute to data modeling and curation for large-scale datasets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on programming experience in Java or Python.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance-oriented design.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Co-Pilot Agent Mode, or Devin.
• Proficiency with AWS technologies including S3, SQS, Lambda, and Fargate.
• Knowledge of big data concepts, Lakehouse, and ETL pipelines (e.g., Spark, AWS Glue).
• Experience with near real-time and event-based systems like Kafka.
• Knowledge or interest in investment banking or financial instruments.
